POLICY OF QUALITY AND EMS

The FRAMOZ a.s. company specialises in the production of atypical luxurious furniture for demanding
customers in the Czech Republic and abroad.

The company’s policy is to provide customers with such services which result in a completely professional product,
and thus to increase customer satisfaction. By implementing the system of quality management and environmental
management we pursue a target of increasing the trustworthiness and reputation of our company, which is a
background to gaining new customers. During all our business activities we follow the principle of sustainable
development and environmental protection.

Relationship to company’s values and development

We see the future of the company particularly in the specialisation in extraordinarily compound interiors in
close cooperation with construction companies so that even a demanding investor could get their ideas "keyready".
Nevertheless, it means that the quality, aesthetic appearance and functionality of the investor’s
intentions are guaranteed from the initial construction project to the detail.
